The Connected Parklands has taken a step closer with the release of our next generation iPhone and Android apps available now, free to download.

Centennial Parklands is already a world-class public space with an amazing range of activities and opportunities for everyone. Now, we have an app that delivers true connection with park visitors.

The clear and accessible homepage is packed with information and links, as well as a current weather indicator. This is complemented by a simplified menu structure to easily find what you need.

The interactive map allows you to find features and locations across the Parklands, as well as the option to request the best route to get where you want to go.

The app provides daily sports field status updates for our sports community, as well as a mechanism to locate which sports field you are playing on. It also features an up-to-date events calendar with links in many instances to online booking systems.

You can also automatically pull in Centennial Parklands' social streams and blog feed to have all the latest updates at your fingertips. There's even an in-app QR Code Reader to interact with Parklands' signage that uses the codes.
