Greek philosopher Aristotle may have said, “It is well to be up before daybreak, for such habits contribute to health, wealth, and wisdom”, and Cat Stevens may have popularised a hymn to morning breaking – but we say that the main benefit of getting up early is that you will catch Centennial Park at its best!
