Greek philosopher Aristotle may have said, “It is well to be up before daybreak, for such habits contribute to health, wealth, and wisdom”, and Cat Stevens may have popularised a hymn to morning breaking – but we say that the main benefit of getting up early is that you will catch Centennial Park at its best!

Park visitor Chris Wild not only spent an early morning in the Park, but had a camera handy – and we were glad he did…and glad he shared them with us on Facebook

So do yourself a favour, get up for an early walk in the Park if you can. You won’t regret it.
