    Goal Soccer Academy launches in Centennial Park


Former UK professional footballer, Stuart Casey, is establishing a new football coaching clinic in Centennial Park – and not only will be a great opportunity for kids, but mums will benefit as well!

Goal Soccer Academy will begin operations in February 2014, and will bring a fresh approach to kids skills development and training to the Parklands.

Stuart is keen to see his own experiences and skills passed on to the younger generations: “Throughout my professional career, I have acquired tremendous knowledge and experience which I now enjoy passing on to today’s generation. I remain very passionate about this beautiful game and am totally dedicated to helping the next generation to fulfil their dreams. Football is in my blood,” said Stuart.

“I’ve played with or alongside the likes of Alan Shearer, Matt Le Tissier, Ian Wright and Paul Gascoigne. All of this has helped hone my own game, and I now want to pass this on to the next generation.”

What’s on offer?



Goal Soccer Academy will offer:

  • Soccer Coaching – We offer quality soccer coaching for children from 2 to 12 years of age, and through a variety of soccer skills and exciting games, we encourage and develop a love of soccer at a young age in a fun and stimulating environment.
  • Soccer Birthday Parties – Fun and action packed, our soccer birthday parties offer an entertaining and active party for the birthday child and all their friends! Parents sit back and enjoy the fun, let us do the entertaining and provide the perfect party to make the day truly special!
  • Team training – pre-season and during the soccer season


And for the mums?

How’s Fitness 4 Mums sound? The guys from Goal Soccer Academy will run fitness sessions for mums who want to get fit at the same time as their child is having fun playing soccer! Bonus!
