Relay for Life

Centennial Parklands may be synonymous with sport and athletics, but this weekend we’re hosting a relay of a different kind – and you’re invited to come and help make a difference in the lives of others. Join us for the Relay for Life.

Last year over $430,000 was directly raised by charitable and fundraising events held in Centennial Parklands, with up to $2.1 million in indirect donations.

One of our regular annual events is the Relay for Life, raising funds for The Cancer Council NSW.

Last year over $150,000 was raised at Relay for Life

The event is a 24 hour walk-a-thon with a full program of activities and events including celebrity MCs, singer Jack Vidgen (2011 Australia’s Got Talent), live showing of the Sydney Roosters v North Queensland Cowboys on a big screen, and a whole host of different food options including the Sydney Food Trucks!

Registrations are being taken here – why not put together a team with your friends or work colleagues and enjoy this amazing event experience.

Find out more information, including a map of the Parklands and key entry gates that will get you into the event site smoothly, on the Centennial Parklands website.
